This Form is ONLY for Returning Students who were registered in Fall ’24, Session I and for the same class.

If you are registering for a different class other than what your child was enrolled in for this past fall, you must wait until Dec 1st.

Registration & Payment Policy:

There is a once yearly non-refundable registration fee of $30 per student for the start of fall ’24 or start of winter/spring ’25. If registration payment was made in fall ’24, payment is not necessary for students returning for Session II. Classes may be cancelled by administration due to insufficient registration within the first 3 weeks of a session. 3 year olds must be 3 by Jan 1st.
Payment: Payment in the form of check or credit card is required at the time of registration in order to secure placement in class.
Recital: A recital is planned for tentative date of June 1, 2025. There will be additional recital, costume and ticket fees. Siblings are not guaranteed placement in same show.
Refund Policy: There are NO refunds. There are no refunds for weather or pandemic related cancellations. If notification of withdrawal from a class is received by Jan 1, 2025, all program fees will be refunded with the exception of the $30 registration fee and a 10% handling fee. Refunds for cancellations received after Jan 1, 2025 will be granted under the following circumstances: The child has a medical problem; a 2 or 3 year old is unable to adjust after a 3 class transition period. Refunds issued under these circumstances will be prorated for classes attended and will be subject to a 10% handling fee. There will be no credits or refunds given to classes missed in this 3 class trial period.

Agreement for Participation:

I hereby waive and release myself and my heirs any and all rights or claims I may have against Darien School of Dance LLC at the YWCA Darien/Norwalk and each of their respective agents, teachers, directors, and representatives for injury or illness arising at the physical location of Darien School of Dance LLC at the YWCA Darien/Norwalk in Darien, CT. I further agree to hold harmless of each said persons or property, which may arise by virtue of my participation or my child’s participation in Darien School of Dance LLC. I allow my child’s photo or image to appear in promotional media for the school.
I have read and agree to the Policies of the school. I hereby acknowledge that I have read the statements above including the registration and cancellation policies and agree to participate accordingly.

NOTE: Everyone who signs up for Session II (except for Mom & Me) agrees to pay $100 recital fee (cash or check) due on the first week of Session II, Jan 13th. Recital fee was not included in fall tuition payment.
